Configuration with NAT router worked right out of the box with no changes. Have not added the second wan connection yet, but will soon. I plan to have both Comcast (Cable Modem) and Qwest (DSL). I'll update the review at that point. I work from home and can't tolerate downtime so I think this will be a good solution for me. FYI - This is the FVS336G-200NAS or V2 version, you can look for that part number on the page you order from.
