Pros: Easy to set up, good signal strength covers my entire office space in two stories. Nice range of features.

Cons: The only problem I've had is with the scheduling feature. Wireless network turns off, but never comes back as scheduled. So I won't be using that feature, at least for now. Have not checked for a Firmware update yet.
